TURKEY

I spent the entirety of August 2022, travelling around Turkey. Beginning in the sprawling metropolis of Istanbul, I briefly visited the memorial sites at Gallipoli, and explored the ancient ruins of Ephesus and Pamukkale, before following the Turquoise Coast towards Antalya, stopping off in idyllic coastal towns like Bodrum, Fethiye, Çirali and Kaş. Finally I spent a week in Cappadocia, getting up at the crack of dawn every morning to photograph the spectacular display of hot air balloons.
